WHAT’S THE PROCESS?
Whether it’s a refurbishment of an old property in need of a face lift or an extension to your current home to cater to a growing family, Caprice Constructions follow a standard build process. Rollover the 6 easy steps below to see the build process for making your dream home a reality.
SITE VISIT
We will meet you at your home or onsite to discuss your ideas and explore the possibilities and practicalities of the project.
DESIGN
Putting your ideas onto paper with the development of a set of plans which act as the blueprint for the project. We are happy to recommend our preferred architect or work with whoever you appoint for this part of the project.
QUOTATION
We will create a quotation which will include all costs for the works and detail exactly what is included. Following your feedback to ensure the project inclusions are all correct, we will finalise this document for you to approve. This will also allow us to create a schedule for the build phase.
CONTRACT
This is a key document for all parties and we will supply you with a contract that is written in plain English by the HIA.
BUILD
The exciting bit begins! We come onsite and start on construction based upon the agreed set of works and timeframe. We will keep you informed of progress and are happy to arrange regular onsite reviews with you.
HANDOVER
Once the build is complete we will have a full site walk-through with you to ensure you are happy with all aspects of the work. We offer a xx month follow-up to address any minor defects.
