Caprice Construction is a family business which has been building homes in Perth and surrounding area since 20??. Owner John Aitchison has over 25 years experience in the industry and he has also built up a reliable team of talented and skilled subcontractors who work with the Caprice team to ensure every project is properly resourced. Not only are we fantastic builders, but we have expertise in every task required from architecture to electrics and plastering to plumbing.
We are based in Greenwood but operate all across the Perth area, from Joondalup to Freemantle.
